Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - Get Glammed Salon & Training Academy We kindly ask all clients to carefully read and respect our booking policy to ensure the best experience for everyone. Booking & Payment: - All appointments must be secured with a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred with sufficient notice. - The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. - In the event this payment is not made, we will be unable to accept any future bookings until the outstanding balance is cleared. No-Shows: - Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will also be charged the full amount and may be restricted from booking in the future. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. We truly value your understanding and continued support.
